Job Title: Part-time Tutoring Assistant
Contract Type: Casual
Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
Location: Manchester (onsite)
Salary: £12.71 per hour plus uncapped commissions
The Tutoring Assistant is part of the operations team and is responsible for coordinating tutoring sessions with tutors and clients.
Key tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the team in answering client inquiries
- Coordinating tutoring sessions and ensuring client satisfaction
- Preparing administrative documentation as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent qualification
Skills and Competencies:
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Ability to manage an extensive workload with frequently conflicting priorities, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication with the team and other departments to resolve complex situations
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills, preferably with a track record
- Teamwork spirit with great potential for development
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving high client satisfaction rates
- The successful candidate must, by the start of employment, have permission to work in the UK.
