If you want to cancel a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice (except in emergencies), we will then reschedule your session with the tutor for you.

If you want to change tutors, our Tutor Coordinator will be available via email, WhatsApp, WeChat and telephone to discuss your requirements and make any necessary arrangements for you.

A personalised learning plan is a customised roadmap designed to meet the unique needs, goals, and learning preferences of an individual student. It outlines the specific strategies, resources, and milestones that will be used to support the student’s learning and academic progress.

Our Prominent Education Progress Reports provide a comprehensive overview of students’ progress. Each report outlines a student’s level of achievement, strengths and weaknesses, assessment outcomes and key objectives moving forward.

You will receive a session-by-session feedback template from our tutors to ensure you are fully in the loop regarding session goals and outcomes. Students, parents and guardians also receive a comprehensive progress report every 5 sessions.
